Visiting from out of town for a track meet today, received exceptional service I visited cava. I love cava, it was only my daughter‘s second time Ashonte took the time to ensure my daughters bowl was the way she wanted it and she smile through the process even with a small line.. I also appreciate that the line was clean and every topping was in stock.

Stopped by for the first time and was honestly impressed. The food was fresh, tasted great, and there were tons of options to build exactly what I wanted. Everything came out quickly, and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fresh and filling!

CAVA has become my latest obsession of food! Everything is very fresh! The combination of flavors keeps me coming back, not just the food but the in house made drinks are very unique. The dressings to go with your bowl or pita are addicting! Dill Yogurt Sauce and Lemon Herb Tahini are my favorite. The staff is always in a pleasant mood and they move like clock work. A’Shante always greets me with a smile! I’m a regular diner here, highly recommend!

I visited this location on Sunday after church with all of my family, 10 of us in total. We were greeted with smiles from the staff and the store was so clean that we felt very comfortable dining in the restaurant. There were a variety of offerings which looked appetizing, and fresh. We ordered salad and the signature bowls. My family can be very picky when it comes to spice and portion sizes when we are out to eat but surprisingly everyone was very pleased with every aspect of the food. For a large party we were served quickly with no issues with orders, the servers were attentive to our special requests and everyone was pleased. We will definitely come back after services again. Thank you!

There is a video circulating showing a maggot in the food, and this is completely unacceptable from a company that serves the public. This is not just a minor issue, it is a serious health and safety concern that should never happen under proper food handling and sanitation standards. This situation has made me lose all trust in your brand. As a customer, I expect basic cleanliness and quality control, and seeing something like this makes me never want to return. It raises major concerns about how food is being stored, prepared, and inspected across your locations. This needs to be addressed immediately. I will also be informing others so they are aware of what is happening. I strongly urge CAVA to take immediate action, investigate thoroughly, and implement stricter safety protocols to ensure something like this never happens again.
